Sarah Johnson is a therapist, shamanic healer, relationship intuitive, and author of Scared and Exhausted: How to Understand Your Child, Move Past Fear, and Parent with Ease. Sarah began her healing journey after years of struggling with substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. Her healing experiences lead her from traditional psychotherapy to alternative forms of healing to discover herself and life’s work. Sarah has guided thousands of individuals to connect with themselves and heal their relationships.
